Beyond GDPR: Implementing a Comprehensive Privacy Compliance Program
Long-term Success Towards an Ongoing Compliance
If you’re not GDPR compliant yet, it is not too late!
GDPR compliance. These two words are currently on everyone’s lips.
One thing no one talks about is the fact that GDPR is more than yet another protection and privacy regulation to comply with. As every business is different in terms of industry, company size and maturity (from a privacy and security perspective), privacy compliance programs have to be built and adapted according to specific business contexts.
The truth is, you have to think long term. Chances are, your GDPR checklist is obsolete and quick fixes won’t work.
GDPR expert Paul Breitbarth, formerly with the Dutch Data Protection Authority and currently Director of Strategic Research & Regulator Outreach at Nymity, will explain why and how to implement a comprehensive and ongoing privacy program to comply with GDPR and other privacy regulations your business might be subject to – now and for the years to come. Paul will co-host the webinar with Vanessa Henri, Legal Counsel at Hitachi Systems Security, who will uncover the myths surrounding GDPR compliance and explain how privacy programs can help organizations achieve their objectives.
In this webinar, you will learn about:
- How to map all of your privacy obligations
- How to manage all of these obligations under one structured approach
- How to do risk management based on GDPR
- Which next steps should you be taking?
